I am Serena Vittorini, founder of Settebello Photography Studio. Based in Brussels, I photograph for the European institutions, international organisations, universities, NGOs and companies, from closed-door meetings to summits that fill plenary halls. Over the years I have learned how these events breathe: the protocol, the speakers who matter, the handshake that happens once and will not happen again.
My way of working rests on discretion, precision, speed and care. I anticipate rather than chase, I respect the rhythm of the room and the people in it, and I deliver images finished to the standard of press and publication, quickly and without compromise on quality.
For large events I coordinate a small team of photographers and an editor, so that the coverage stays consistent from the opening keynote to the last reception.
